Nebraska Star Beef is a small, family-run, premium beef producer whose focus is simple and narrow: produce the absolute highest quality humanely raised beef available. Their story begins in Nebraska shortly after Nebraska became a state in 1867. Like many families, they stopped their trip short in the fertile Platte Valley and put down roots. Raising cattle has always been their first love but they are no stranger to raising corn to keep their cattle fed. Over the years they’ve weathered storms that both mother nature and the stock market have sent their way. When you buy steaks from them you’re also buying a piece of their heritage and history that is as old as the home of premium beef, Nebraska. Based in Holdrege, Nebraska.
