Suggested Use

Recommended Use: Who it’s for: Adults 18 years of age and older. Get Sharp! Our gingko complete formula combines herbs used traditionally to improve blood circulation to the brain, thinking and memory – and includes adaptogenic Chinese Ginseng, valued for its abilities to reduce mental fatigue.

Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 2 mL (60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.

Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you have or are taking medications for diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid conditions, or seizures; if you are taking blood thinners, calcium channel blockers, sedative medications, digoxin or antidepressant medications.

Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, or headaches, in which case, discontinue use.

Contra-Indications: Do not use: if pregnant or breastfeeding; if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, vitamin E) as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding.
