Suggested Use

Recommended Use: Helps to temporarily relieve the symptoms of stress such as mental fatigue and sensation of weakness by supporting balanced adrenal function and energy production.

Recommended Dose: Take 1-2 capsules upon rising, at least 30 minutes prior to eating. If desired, an additional 1-2 capsules may be taken in the afternoon. Do not take before bedtime. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care professional prior to use if breastfeeding, have diabetes or a heart condition or are taking any heart or blood pressure medication. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs (such as antidepressants, blood thinners, digoxin, hormone replacement blood pressure medication. therapy, birth control) or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. If symptoms persist or worsen or if you experience symptoms of hypoglycaemia (anxiety, dizziness, tremor, sweating, nausa or headache), discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If you experience insomnia, irritability, anxiety or headaches, discontinue use.

Contra-Indications: If you are pregnant or if you are attempting to conceive or have bipolar spectrum disorder, do not use this product.
