Pilates Reformer 36" Wood Pole

Designed to support balance, alignment, and upper-body engagement during Reformer work. This lightweight, 1 lb. pole provides subtle feedback while encouraging stability through the upper body and powerhouse.

The Wooden Reformer Pole is commonly incorporated into standing Reformer exercises such as Flat Back, Side to Center, and Twist, offering light support while challenging balance and control.

Handcrafted from wood, this pole offers a natural feel in the hands and a Classical Pilates studio aesthetic. Some studios prefer the wooden finish for its traditional look.
