How to fit it

Place the guard in hot water until it softens. Bite down firmly to mould it to your teeth, then rinse in cold water to set the shape. Done in under five minutes. If the fit isn't perfect, repeat — you have up to 20 attempts. Wear each night before bed and rinse with warm water each morning.
