A gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and come back to yourself. 

Join us for a deeply restorative Yin Yoga experience designed to release built-up stress and create space for stillness. We’ll move through thoughtful, unhurried stretches and mindful movement, allowing the body to gently unwind and the nervous system to settle. 

As the practice comes to a close, we’ll transition into a soothing crystal singing bowl sound bath, giving you the opportunity to simply receive, breathe, and rest in stillness. 

Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded, and deeply restored.

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early 
• No prior experience necessary 
• Wear comfortable clothing
